Paul Barker, President and Owner of Elevate, Inc. started in the elevator industry in 1985 as a Mechanic's Helper. Within two years, he was promoted to Mechanic and spent the next four years performing modernizations and maintenance. In 1991, Paul joined one of New Yorks leading Consulting firms, where he spent the next 10 years performing all of the various aspects of consulting from equipment evaluations to design engineering.
